Hi, my name is Ian.
I am on here to read and learn. Then, I will be searching for an MGB.
Grew up with them, been driven around as a child in many, never owned one.

Have you decided if you are going to look for a finished car you can get in and drive straight away, something almost complete that may need a bit of tidying or something that needs more extensive work ?
I'd always assumed MGBs would be much more expensive than they actually are. I then got into various other classic cars; a Sunbeam rapier, a Herald a 1964 Mercedes S class and a host of more recent classics before being told by a friend about an MGBGT that had easily repairable accident damage. This turned out to be a recently restored, low mileage, one owner car so I just couldnt say no.
