My coil packs(?) have been acting up recently, and I'm not sure what's causing them. If anyone knows what I'm doing wrong, please let me know.

I changed all six spark plugs (NGK) and an ERA aftermarket coil pack a few months ago after I had a malfunctioning one. Last week, I swapped out the old 70ah Ford battery for a 95ah Bosch, and a few weeks ago, I replaced the remaining coil packs with the same ERA packs. However, now I'm seeing a slew of error codes associated with the ignition coils

No symptoms have been observed; however, the thermostat is a known issue that will be addressed next.
It is also known that adjusting the camshaft is a problem; fixing the gearbox (TCM-speed sensor issue) has recently taken precedence. We are unaware of any symptoms.

It appears that the ignition coil signal issues have recently emerged, following the coil pack/battery swap.

As a diagnostic measure, I swapped out coil pack 5 for coil pack 6, drove her for a while, rescanned, and, much to my astonishment, all error codes vanished!

I opted to restart the scanner because I was driving earlier today and noticed that the accelerator and pick-up weren't responding as well. Unfortunately, the faults mentioned earlier have returned....

I went ahead and erased the codes instead of rearranging the coil packs this time. I then went for a test drive, but now

I thought this was a twelve-plug twin-spark engine.

This engine is the V6 M272, which has 6 plugs.

The identical ERA packs that were replaced yesterday (under warranty) are the ones I used before, and I'm still getting the same issues.
