Greetings, I have recently acquired a 2019 Avalon XLE, and it is currently experiencing sporadic starting problems. It has 91,000 miles recorded and a newly installed battery (8/26). The clicking occurs rapidly, accompanied by flickering dash lights, and after several attempts, I receive a notification indicating "low brake power" and advising me to consult a dealer. Has anyone else experienced this? Do you have any suggestions regarding what this might be or how to resolve it? Is it the starter relay or the solenoid? Thank you in advance.
I had my battery evaluated, and both the starting and charging systems were tested while connected, with all results being satisfactory. Following a single jump and the meticulous cleaning of the battery cable terminals (noting that the negative side exhibited some corrosion in the crevices), it appears to be functioning once more. I am tentatively hopeful that this has resolved the issue (although it has functioned properly for nearly a week between occurrences)...

Are the battery terminals free of corrosion and securely fastened? Did this serve as the impetus for the battery replacement, or did it begin to malfunction subsequent to the replacement?

I purchased the vehicle equipped with the new battery, thus I am unaware of the reason for its replacement and did not consider enquiring. The links appear secure to me, yet I can attempt to reinforce them. The terminals of the battery cable are orange; I presume that is lubricant.

Several responses to this YouTube video indicate that a new battery has resolved their issue.
Visit your nearby Autozone to have them assess the battery. If it is a new vehicle, it ought to possess some form of warranty (or through the dealership from which you purchased the car)
