I recently upgraded from the Xceed to the 2025 Sportage 1.6T HEV GT Line S, which comes with a 12" Gen5W screen, from a 10.5" Gen5W model. If I wanted to use Kia Connect on my Xceed again, I had to hit the reset button on the screen's bottom.

I haven't been able to locate the sportage's equivalent reset button on the 12-inch screen yet. The 12" screen requires a button relocation since the infotainment and drivers display console are housed under the same plastic screen.

The Owners Manual makes no reference to where it is located. Would someone kindly show me the way?

Best regards

Great idea; I appreciate it! Instead of knobs, mine has a flat "glass" panel, but otherwise it's the same location. I had never considered searching that area below. Reiterating my gratitude.

Below the screen, on the control panel, next to the right-hand knob (the volume/passenger temp knob), there is what appears to be a small pinhole.

Although it may not be immediately apparent on earlier Sportages, this is the spot on the control panel where the hole is located for those who own a 2021+ model.
